Debbie Roper

Born and raised in Southern California, Debbie began studying violin at the age of nine and excelling when she was accepted into both the Ventura County Civic Symphony and the Los Angeles Junior Philharmonic at thirteen.  Throughout her junior high and high school years she served as Concert Mistress.  She also began studying and playing french horn and saxophone during her high school tenure.

She is currently performing with the Riverside Community College Symphony, Chamber and Septet.  Her most recent work was participating in the 24-piece pit orchestra for a full-scale production "The Jungle Book".   She also performs on electric violin with an original band and is currently a violin instructor for Sam Ash Music and Rockstars of Tomorrow.
